Bachelor of Science
  • Overview

Maths, physics, chemistry...you name it I gave it a go!

I chose to follow up on the basic core science subjects. This would be the first year that music was no longer a chosen subject. Physics soon became an unpopular choice despite my eager interests at the beginning of the year.

  • studying Math I (algebra and calculus)

    Physics I

    Chemistry I

    Biology

    All were full time subjects

  • Chemistry and Physics made way for Biochemistry and Physiology, the turning points of my academic life. In addition, I chose to take up Microbiology and Immunology. This was the year that tailored my future choices as the course content further stimulated my interests, it would also turn out to be one of my best years academically.
During this year I turned down invitations in engeneering and medical radiation studies to pursue my interests in science and human physiology.

  • Final Year

Continuing with my medical sciences I studied Human Physiology, Pharmacology and Toxicology. This would also turn out to be a fantastic year on paper.
